Electrical installations for new builds, renovations and individual repairs in Inari and across Lapland. We do electrical work in-house, as part of a construction contract or as a separate service.
When the building work and the electrical work come from the same company, the stages can be fitted together without needless delay. That helps most on renovations and smaller building projects, where coordinating several contractors' schedules easily eats up time.
We carry out electrical work as part of a construction contract or entirely as a separate commission. We inspect the installations we make and hand the client the documents the scope of the work requires.

How the work proceeds

- PlanningWe define the installations needed, the scope and the schedule. On building projects we fit the electrical work in with the other stages.
- InstallationWe carry out the work at the agreed stage and keep you informed of progress.
- InspectionWe carry out a commissioning inspection on the installations and hand the client the reports the scope of the work requires, along with the other agreed documents.
Common questions
Is the electrical work done in-house?
Yes. We do electrical work in-house, both alongside construction contracts and renovations and as separate commissions. That way the electrical work can be fitted directly in with the other stages.
Do I get an inspection report?
A commissioning inspection is carried out on the installations. We hand the client the commissioning inspection report where the scope of the work requires one, together with the other documents belonging to the job.
Do you take small individual jobs?
Yes. We install sockets, switches and light fittings, and carry out fault finding and repairs. Tell us what the work involves and where the property is, and we will assess it case by case.
Do you work elsewhere in Lapland?
Yes. We are based in Inari but work across Lapland. For smaller electrical jobs the service area depends on the scope and the location. Travel and other logistics are accounted for in the quote before the work starts.
