PS Construction is a construction company based in Inari, serving clients across Lapland. We offer a complete service for building projects, from preparing the permit drawings through to contracting, renovation and electrical work.
We build new houses and carry out smaller repairs and alterations with skill, reliability and a working knowledge of demanding northern conditions. When the design, the construction and the electrical work all run through the same partner, the project moves smoothly and stays under control from the start to the finished result.

When we take responsibility for the whole project, from the drawing board to the site, it moves seamlessly and both the responsibilities and the shared goals stay clear from start to finish. Years of building in Lapland have let us gather a skilled team and a dependable network of partners around us, so projects are carried out in an organised, efficient and high-quality way.
- DesignWe prepare the drawings the building permit requires, to the standard the municipality asks for, and act as principal designer for the project. We look after the design as a whole and its coordination, so the project moves smoothly from the permit stage into construction.
- ContractingWe act as main contractor and take responsibility for the build as a whole, from starting the site to handing the building over. We also carry out limited sub-contracts and can work as a subcontractor within a larger project.
- LifecycleWe stay available after the building is finished. When it needs servicing, maintenance or repair, we still hold the record of the original aims and of the products, materials and methods used. The work can then be planned and carried out with the whole building in mind.
