We are responsible for the site as a whole: the schedule, procurement, material deliveries, subcontractor coordination and the quality of the work, right through to handover. You have one contact person who keeps the whole thing under control and tells you where the site stands.
We are based in Inari and work across Lapland. Years of experience with northern building projects and an established network of partners help us run projects smoothly even in demanding conditions. Long distances, transport and any accommodation needs are accounted for in the quote and the schedule from the outset.

- Site and handoverWe run the site to the agreed plan and report on progress. At the end we inspect the work, hand over the finished project and compile the required documents.
Common questions
What area do you cover?
We are based in Inari and work across Lapland. We take contracts regularly in Inari, Ivalo and Saariselkä. Projects in other municipalities are assessed case by case, based on location, scope and schedule.
Do you give a fixed price for the contract?
Yes, when the scope and starting information can be defined precisely enough. For other projects we agree a cost estimate, the basis for invoicing and how any additional work is approved, always in advance. The quote states clearly what the contract includes.
Do you handle the building permit?
Yes. We prepare the main drawings and design attachments the permit requires, handle the application, and can act as the project's principal designer and building designer. Where needed we bring in structural, HVAC and electrical design through our partner network.
Who is responsible for the site?
A site manager and a client contact person are named for the project. We take care of site management, quality, schedule and communication, so you always know who to ask and where the project stands.
